12:00pm-1:00pm Nutrition (Upstairs) - All Ages 1:00pm-2:45pm Parkour as Cross Training Workshop - Ages 13-65 3:00pm-4:45pm Women's Parkour Workshop - Ages 16-65 5:00pm-6:45pm What is Parkour? Workshop - Ages 16-65 7:00pm-8:00pm Train with the Trainers (Free for those who attend previous workshops, otherwise $10.)
