This year we held our first ever expo in an attempt to show a demonstration of skill at the various levels and with one theme in mind, “Parkour as a Metaphor for Life”. Today is your awakening As you see our athletes move through each obstacle Think of the obstacles in your own lives What training did it take to overcome them What strategy did you use How did it feel?

We train to free our minds With proper discipline Perseverance And at times, a different approach Nothing impedes our path From point A to point B
