New Saturday Schedule

A new Saturday schedule begins on October 3rd. The morning schedule is the same* with the first change at 2pm.

2:00pm Rotational Parkour (13+) - Head instructor Rick has been dreaming up this exciting new class that will feel like a workshop every week. This month the focus is on flow. Future months could bring back martial parkour, expand scenario parkour, or focus on specific techniques. 3:00pm Open Gym - This will now be  a 1 hour long Open Gym. 4:00pm Intermediate Parkour - Taught by our newest instructor Alex.

Starting on October 24th there will also be a 5:00pm Beginner Flips class (that may evolve into a Beginner Flips II class) with Alex.

*Rick will take back his 9am and 10am beginner classes as Alex will be moving his schedule to the afternoon.
